As a Navitus member, it is easy to fill your prescriptions at one of the pharmacies in our extensive network. A list of network pharmacies is available in our secure Navi-Gate for Members portal. Our pharmacy network is constantly growing, and all covered pharmacies may not appear on the network listing. Please contact Customer Care toll-free at the number listed on your pharmacy benefit member ID card for any questions you may have on the status of a pharmacy.

Simply present your member ID card at the pharmacy to fill your prescription. Your ID card contains information the pharmacy needs to fill your prescription and charge the correct copayment. The Navitus Customer Care phone number is on your ID card, so the pharmacy can quickly get answers to any questions about your prescription.
