Senior Vice President, Business Development & Client ServicesAs Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Services, Tom is responsible for business growth, strategy, account management, best-in-class implementation and exceptional client retention and satisfaction. Using a proven consultative service approach to maximize client satisfaction and deliver real value, he ensures Navitus’ performance aligns with each plan sponsor’s business objectives and the best interests of their members. Under his leadership, the client services team delivers unparalleled service to over 650 clients across multiple lines of business, including state and local government entities, employer/TPA groups and health plans/health systems.
Tom has spent more than 27 years in the health care industry in multiple settings, including hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, managed care contracting, account management and PBM. Prior to joining Navitus, Tom worked at Jacobson Executive Search, where he provided senior-level talent acquisition consulting services to insurance and health care organizations. He also held executive-level positions, including Director of National Account Management, with ProVantage Health Services, which was later acquired by Medco Health Solutions, Inc.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
