Sharon Faust, PharmD

Senior Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy

Sharon is the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy at Lumicera Health Services, a wholly-owned Navitus subsidiary and full service national specialty pharmacy accredited by both URAC and ACHC. With the company since its inception in 2014, she provides strategic direction and oversight at Lumicera, supporting its unique business model, growth and regulatory needs. In addition, her responsibilities also include oversight of pharmacy operations, clinical and quality programs, trade relations and strategic vision.

Prior to joining Lumicera, Sharon worked as a clinical pharmacist in both retail and health system pharmacies. In these roles, she developed a clinical and patient-care foundation, conducting comprehensive medication reviews for patients with complex therapies and providing patient-centered consultations.

Sharon earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is a licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin and is an active member of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy. In 2016, she was awarded the Next-Generation Pharmacist, Specialty Pharmacist of the Year presented by Specialty Pharmacy Times and Prata for pharmacy innovation and patient care excellence.
