Senior Vice President, Customer Operations & Chief Compliance Officer
Debbie Ludka joined Navitus in 2004. With a career that spans more than 45 years in the health care industry, Debbie was intrigued by Navitus’ innovative energy within the pharmacy benefit management industry and the promise of what a completely transparent business model could accomplish. At Navitus, Debbie provides strategic direction and oversight to the customer operations division, which includes customer care, and quality accreditation functions. Her responsibilities include establishing and monitoring customer service quality standards, customer service reporting, administering and analyzing customer service survey and overseeing the member experience. As Chief Compliance Officer, Debbie administers the Navitus Corporate Compliance Program; Fraud, Waste and Abuse Program; HIPAA Privacy Program and related activities to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. She also oversees the Medicare Part D, managed Medicaid and ACA Exchange governmental programs for Navitus clients. Prior to joining Navitus, Debbie was the Compliance Operations Manager for Touchpoint Health Plan, where she was responsible for administration and compliance with the Medicaid HMO contract with the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. In her prior role with Touchpoint Health Plan, she managed the day-to-day operations of the Government Programs Team to assure compliance with the Medicaid HMO contract. Debbie is a registered nurse and women’s health nurse practitioner.
