Vice President, Lumicera Operations and Business Development

Ben is Lumicera's Vice President of Pharmacy Operations and Business Development. Ben uses his previous experience and passion for operations to enhance Lumicera’s operational excellence around logistics, cold chain management, procurement, and vendor management.

Ben helps grow Lumicera's business by driving projects to develop and enhance Lumicera’s capabilities around product offerings, technology, patient engagement tools and service lines. His focus on strategy enables him to improve efficiency, manage risk and expenses, create and expand company offerings, and grow the business, all while keeping the patient’s interests and satisfaction at the forefront.

Ben is a Certified Specialty Pharmacist and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
